Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) to join our growing team. The role focuses on providing timely and accurate assistance to customers through email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of solid experience handling non-voice accounts, with strong written communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and other digital platforms in a professional and timely manner.
  • Accurately process requests, orders, returns, and other customer transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns, ensuring complete resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow established processes for documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (response time, accuracy, customer satisfaction, etc.).
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, policies, and system updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of solid, hands-on experience in a non-voice customer service account.
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, email platforms, and chat systems.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work on-site (if required) during day shift hours.
