Job Description

Jumpstart your career with us We're hiring Non-Voice Associates for a Shipping & Logistics account. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates of Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship courses. No prior work experience required—just strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

Job Responsibilities:
Handle non-voice tasks such as data entry, email handling, and transaction processing
Coordinate shipping and logistics documentation
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer and partner information
Support internal teams with reporting and logistics updates

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field
- No experience required – fresh grads are welcome
- Excellent written communication skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Willing to work on-site and on a fixed schedule (if applicable)
