Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for our Australian account. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from Australian customers.
  • Assist customers with billing, account management, product information, and service-related concerns.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Ensure customer interactions are logged accurately in the system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction, and quality scores.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of BPO experience handling an Australian account preferred or U.S Account
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work in a dayshift schedule aligned with Australian business hours.
  • Ability to work onsite, hybrid, or remote, depending on company setup.
  • High school graduate, associate, or bachelor's degree holder.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in handling Australian telco, banking, or retail accounts is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php37,000.00 per month
