Our client is a US-based healthcare company which provides sensitive healthcare services tailored to diverse communities by blending traditional healing methods with modern medical treatments. They promote overall wellness and aim to enhance members' physical and mental well-being through a holistic care approach.

WORKING HOURS: 근무 시간:

  • This position involves direct interaction with clients in the US, requiring work hours to align with the US time zone - 
    10:00PM – 7:00AM
    (Vietnam time), Monday through Sunday. 이 직무는 미국 고객과 직접 소통해야 하므로 미국(캘리포니아) 시간대에 맞춰 근무해야 합니다. 근무 시간은 베트남 시간 기준 오후 10시부터 오전 7시까지, 월요일부터 일요일까지입니다.
  • You will be scheduled for 
    9-hour shifts
     (break time included), working 
    5 days per week
    , with two days off each week. 하루 9시간 근무(휴게 시간 포함), 주 5일 근무, 주 2일 휴무입니다.
  • Public holidays will follow the US calendar. 공휴일은 미국 공휴일 달력을 따릅니다.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 담당 업무:

  • Help members, families, and providers understand healthcare benefits and plans, explaining them clearly via phone, email, or in person 회원, 가족, 및 제공자가 의료 혜택 및 계획을 이해할 수 있도록 돕고, 이를 전화, 이메일 또는 직접 대면을 통해 명확히 설명합니다.
  • Solve members'issues by finding the cause and explaining the solution. Escalate complex problems to management when needed 회원의 문제를 해결하기 위해 원인을 파악하고 해결책을 설명합니다. 복잡한 문제는 필요한 경우 관리팀에 보고하고 조치를 취합니다.
  • Participate in calls to help retain members 회원 유지를 돕기 위한 통화에 참여합니다.
  • Follow policies and suggest improvements for smoother operations, actively engaging in meetings and training 정책을 준수하고 운영이 원활해질 수 있도록 개선 사항을 제안하며, 회의 및 교육에 적극적으로 참여합니다.
  • Comply with all healthcare regulations and maintain confidentiality 모든 의료 규정을 준수하고 기밀을 철저히 유지합니다.
  • Accurately document member interactions in the system 회원과의 상호작용을 시스템에 정확히 기록합니다.
  • Be open to regular feedback and coaching for improvement 개선을 위한 정기적인 피드백과 코칭을 수용합니다.
  • Perform other tasks as needed 필요에 따라 기타 업무를 수행합니다.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 자격 요건:

  • Excellent command of Korean equivalent to TOPIK Level 5 TOPIK 5급에 해당하는 우수한 한국어 능력
  • English – Intermedidate communication required

  • Preferred candidate with customer service experience, but not mandatory. 고객 서비스 경험이 있는 지원자를 선호하지만 필수는 아닙니다.
