CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Job Description:
- Responds, analyze and provide technical support for the software system via telephone calls, email, web assists and/or remote desktop connection to address issue reports related to Nowcom/DealerCenter products and services.
- Formulate trouble reports or tickets.
- Develop cross-team relation in the company and coordinate with various departments to troubleshoot and provide First Service Response.
- Assist clients with product information
- Coordinate with sales staff to provide training to clients, as requested
- Deliver high quality service to maintain customer relationships by helping clients with all account issues
- Log detailed information from clients into a CRM system for tracking and escalation to Level II support
- Ensure proper escalation of issues and handling customer requests
- Forward incoming phone calls to the correct department as needed
- Reports to the Support Manager
Job Requirements:
- Must have a strong desire to help customers and maintain calm under pressure
- Excellent English communication skills both spoken and written English
- Excellent computer skills- proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working experience in the related field is a plus for this position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team oriented mind set
- Applicants must be able to take shifting/weekend/graveyard shifts.
- Good work ethics, attendance and compliance in company rules and policies and job procedure
- Must possesses a positive attitude to and work well in a team environment
