Construction Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor HVAC works at the project site to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Prepare and review project plans, technical drawings, and material submittals related to HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients for smooth execution of works.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks on HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Provide engineering solutions to technical issues and site-related challenges.
• Support procurement by reviewing and recommending HVAC equipment and materials.
• Verify and approve as-built drawings and documentation.
• Lead and guide site engineers, supervisors, and technicians to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Engineer (preferred).
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in HVAC construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design, installation, and commissioning.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling software.
