INSPECTOR ENGINEER

Conducts site and equipment inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations. Reviews technical drawings. Identifies non-conformities. Coordinates with project teams and prepares inspection reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro Mechanical Engineering.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g. QA/QC, ISO or NFPA Standards) preferred

  • Knowledge of MEP Systems and local regulations is essential

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is an advantage

  • Atleast 3 Years of experience in electric, mechanical inspection or MEP projects.

  • Familiarity with HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Electrical Systems.

  • Knowledge of international codes(e.g. NFPA, IEC ASHARE)

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics

  • Experience with QA/QC procedures and reporting

  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Certification in inspection or quality control (e.g. ISO, NEBB or equivalent) is a plus

  • Good Communication and Coordination Skills
