Position Title: Pre Sales Engineer (ME)

Immediate Head: President & CEO

Department: Sales/ Technical

Job Overview: The position is responsible for acting as a bridge between technical and sales department, ensuring that proposed solutions meet customer requirements and are feasible in implementation.

Job Requirements:

*Registered Mechanical Engineer

*With updated driver's license

*Has at least a year working experience in technical sales for data center construction or general construction

Job Description:

a. Understands customer needs and business requirements to design and propose appropriate technical solutions using the company's products and services.

b. Lead and deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients

c. Scout, develop, and maintain new and key accounts in generating requirements (product/ service) in relation to the Business Unit he/she is part of.

d. Work closely with customers to find sales opportunities and proposed suitable technical solutions with the available products and service of the company and/or the business unit. Clarify with customer when necessary to resolve unclear requirements.

e. Creates sales leads, and to updated his / her respective pipeline regularly, and follow up on sales opportunities rigorously for a good sales pipeline.

f. Engage with prospective customers daily and initiate sales related activities for possible business opportunity such as but not limited to the following marketing activities – sales visits, product presentations, pre bidding conferences, negotiations, etc.

g. Ensure on time delivery towards the client's order fulfillment and to meet customer expectations by handling end-to end inquiries and concerns – covering initial product identification and selection, creating and submitting sales proposals, closing sales opportunities, booking of orders, updating of customers for their respective deliveries, possible warranty claims, and in effectively coordinating with all respective departments, including efficient payment collections for a healthy cash flow.

h. Report presales itinerary weekly (every Friday, 3PM, for every succeeding week).

i. Submit weekly and monthly sales report as an administrative requirement (through an established Googles Sheet or through another means amenable to his/ her immediate head).

j. Shall prudently represent the Company in their daily affairs and shall use their time (during working hours) to the best of their knowledge with the best interest of the Company in mind.

k. Achieve annual sales quota given by immediate head

l. Physically report to MBECI Office twice a week.

m. Other duties and responsibilities assigned by management/ immediate head from time to time.
