Position: Head of Digital Sales

The Head of Digital Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the company's digital sales strategy and execution. This role leads the development and management of all online sales channels, including direct-to-consumer website sales, aggregator platforms, mobile applications, and digital distribution partnerships. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing customer acquisition, improving user experience, and achieving revenue targets through digital means. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of digital ecosystems in the insurance industry.

  • Develop and execute the digital sales strategy aligned with the company's overall growth objectives.
  • Oversee the management and performance of all digital channels including the corporate website, mobile platforms, and third-party aggregators.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic digital partnerships and alliances to expand distribution reach.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital sales and monitor analytics to drive improvements and achieve targets.
  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team of digital marketing, partnership managers, and customer service specialists.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to online insurance distribution.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  2. Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or online distribution, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  3. Proven track record of managing digital platforms and delivering strong sales growth through digital channels.
  4. Strong understanding of digital marketing, user experience (UX), and online consumer behavior.
  5. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
  7. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in insurance distribution is a plus.
