SALES AND APPOINTMENT SETTER

CLIENT: USA; REMOTE

SHIFT: DAY / MORNING PHT

TYPE: FULL TIME; INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Job Overview:

The Sales and Appointment Setter is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and contacting prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build rapport with potential customers to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients to introduce company products or services.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and level of interest.
  • Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries to nurture and convert leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and scheduled appointments in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed daily/weekly call targets and appointment-setting goals.
  • Build positive relationships with potential customers to foster trust and increase conversion rates.
  • Provide basic information regarding products or services and handle initial questions or objections.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to relay information gathered from prospects and align on outreach strategies.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about product updates and sales techniques.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Ability to handle objections and remain persistent in follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Work from Home Requirements (Must have before the start date)

  • Internet Connection : Min of 30 mbps wired internet connection speed AND a backup internet connection (before start date)
  • Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a working computer with updated current programmes from home with Dual Monitors
  • Noise Canceling Headset (Plantronics)
  • Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
  • Must be comfortable working with a Monitoring Software (for payroll and timekeeping purposes only)
  • Webcam - Contractors must have a working webcam

Job Type: Full-time
