Key Responsibilities:
-Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, social media, and networking.
-Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads, ensuring efficient use of their time and maximizing sales opportunities.
-Customer Communication: Engage with potential clients to understand their security needs, address their questions, and explain the benefits of the security suite.
-CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads, update contact information, and track appointment progress within the CRM system.
-Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize the appointment setting process.
-Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to confirm appointments, address any client concerns, and ensure a smooth transition to the sales team.
-Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the security suite's features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate its value to potential clients.
-Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing for appointments by providing relevant information about leads and their potential needs.
Qualifications/Key Skills:
-Proven B2B appointment setting or sales support experience (Technical Support Rep., or IT services background preferred).
-Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with potential clients and building rapport.
-Customer Service: Strong customer service skills are needed to provide a positive experience for potential clients during the initial outreach and appointment setting process.
-Sales Acumen: A basic understanding of sales principles and techniques is helpful for effectively qualifying leads and setting appointments.
-Organization: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize appointments, and maintain accurate records is crucial for success in this role.
-CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant software is necessary for tracking leads and managing appointments.
-Problem-Solving: The ability to address client objections and resolve any scheduling conflicts is important.
