We're AIOMS, a fast-growing digital marketing & automation agency, and we're looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist who can take charge of managing, optimizing, and scaling ad campaigns for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns (from setup to optimization).
  • Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation to reach the right people.
  • Assist with writing compelling ad copy and collaborate with creatives to produce high-converting ads.
  • Implement pixel/CAPI tracking and ensure accurate conversion tracking.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, headlines, audiences, and funnels.
  • Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM) and optimize for best performance.
  • Provide clear, data-driven reports and insights for both the agency and clients.
  • Stay updated with Facebook Ads trends, policies, and algorithm changes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience running Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing at least ?200k monthly ad spend (or equivalent in USD).
  • Strong understanding of funnel strategy (awareness, consideration, conversion).
  • Experience with Meta Pixel, CAPI, and Ads Manager.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for ROAS and lead quality.
  • Familiar with landing pages, lead forms, and retargeting strategies.
  • Strong communication skills – able to explain performance and strategy clearly.

Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • GoHighLevel / CRM systems
  • Automation and AI-driven ad tools
  • Other paid media platforms (TikTok, Google Ads, etc.)
