About the role

Equicom Solutions Inc' is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for driving the company's digital marketing strategy and overseeing the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this position is based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve the company's marketing and business objectives
  2. Manage and optimise the company's website, search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives
  3. Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to continuously improve and optimise campaigns
  4. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to create engaging and high-performing digital content
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition
  6. Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns
  7. Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product, to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and achieving measurable results
  2. Proficient in the use of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media management tools
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  4. Strong project management and team leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
  5. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
  7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
