We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our online marketing initiatives. This role will be key in driving brand growth, customer engagement, and business results through data-driven digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, display, and paid ads).
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to achieve performance targets.
  • Lead SEO and content marketing initiatives to improve visibility, ranking, and organic traffic.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling digital content aligned with brand objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, product) to ensure marketing alignment.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.), and marketing automation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM, paid media, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and creative thinker with strong communication abilities.
