  • Thoroughly research prospects to understand their specific needs then customize the demo to highlight features and benefits that are most relevant to them.
  • Present BASE Accounting Software to prospects, focusing on the value proposition by translating features into direct solutions; create a narrative that resonates with the prospect

Prepares quotations and proposals for prospects

Follow-up and close deals

  • Use a multi channel approach including email, phone calls and social media to connect with prospects when and where they are most receptive
  • Manage all post demo communications, negotiate terms and drive prospects to close deals
  • Collaborate with other departments after closing the sales

Sales Growth

  • Meet o exceed number of demos conducted and proposals delivered
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new accounts

Product Knowledge

  • Stay up-to-date on products offerings and industry trends
  • Thoroughly understand product features, benefits, limitations and pricing to effectively communicate its value to prospects

CRM

  • Keep detailed notes on prospects, activities, follow-ups and closed sales
  • Collaborate with sales representative and marketing to refine messaging based on feedback
