  • JOB SUMMARY

Works directly with clients to meet their goals and establish a good relationship. Their duties include regularly meeting quotas, goals and other forms of client expectations, helping clients understand the limits of their budget or resources and consistently meeting project deadlines laid out by the client.

  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Role

  • Ensure to meet individual monthly targets.
  • Ensure Hotel & OCS coffee program contracts are all signed and updated.
  • Monitor monthly target of all Hotel & OCS accounts under his/her Territory
  • Closely monitor all hotel prospect accounts in respective territory that are under contracts with competitors and must make sure that ABC can present 3 months before it expires.
  • Ensure that Accounts Receivables and Reduce Past due Accounts are within approved terms for Chain, Hotel, OCS & Coffee Shops etc.
  • Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project's scope, budgets, and timelines

  • Reporting and recording all Sales activities via Viber report and weekly presentation during sales meetings.
  • Organizing regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Prospecting new sales by cold calling businesses
  • Preparing and presenting proposals and bids
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with clients
  • Collaborating with key decision makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results.
  • Attending trade shows and hosting customer events
  • Perform other job-related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

III. QUALIFICATION

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.

  • Experience:

  • At least 2 years related experience

  • Willing to do field work

  • Target driven

  • Communication:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customer
  • With pleasing personality
  • Must know how to drive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php25,000.00 per month
