
Assistant Leasing Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Leasing Operations team, driving strategy and execution to achieve leasing objectives aligned with overall business goals.
- Oversee leasing processes for residential or commercial properties, ensuring occupancy targets are met while fostering positive tenant relationships.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants, leveraging market trends and competitive analysis to set rental prices.
- Manage lease negotiations, renewals, terminations, and day-to-day leasing operations, ensuring smooth and professional interactions with tenants.
- Collaborate with Property Owners, Leasing Agents, and the Facilities Management Team to maintain properties, addressing repairs, inspections, and tenant concerns promptly.
- Manage the financial performance of the Leasing Department, including rent collection, delinquency management, and P&L oversight.
- Drive performance by setting revenue targets, optimizing occupancy rates, and enhancing tenant retention through a customer-first approach.
Key Competencies
- Strong background in property management and real estate market analysis.
- Proven experience in lease negotiation and administration.
- Financial acumen to manage leasing budgets, analyze data, and forecast leasing performance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to resolve tenant issues professionally.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills to handle multiple leasing tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.
- 8-10 years of professional experience in leasing property management or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of team management experience.
