Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Leasing Operations team, driving strategy and execution to achieve leasing objectives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Oversee leasing processes for residential or commercial properties, ensuring occupancy targets are met while fostering positive tenant relationships.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants, leveraging market trends and competitive analysis to set rental prices.
  • Manage lease negotiations, renewals, terminations, and day-to-day leasing operations, ensuring smooth and professional interactions with tenants.
  • Collaborate with Property Owners, Leasing Agents, and the Facilities Management Team to maintain properties, addressing repairs, inspections, and tenant concerns promptly.
  • Manage the financial performance of the Leasing Department, including rent collection, delinquency management, and P&L oversight.
  • Drive performance by setting revenue targets, optimizing occupancy rates, and enhancing tenant retention through a customer-first approach.

Key Competencies

  • Strong background in property management and real estate market analysis.
  • Proven experience in lease negotiation and administration.
  • Financial acumen to manage leasing budgets, analyze data, and forecast leasing performance.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to resolve tenant issues professionally.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills to handle multiple leasing tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in leasing property management or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of team management experience.
