Leasing Manager

A Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing leasing activities for both residential and commercial properties. This role involves managing the leasing team, ensuring high occupancy rates, and maintaining tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all leasing activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants.
- Build positive relationships with current and prospective tenants.
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to potential tenants.
- Process lease agreements, handle security deposits, and coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
- Maintain accurate tenant records and ensure timely rent collection.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
- Train and supervise leasing staff, ensuring they meet performance goals.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with tenants and stakeholders.
- Ability to market properties effectively and negotiate lease agreements.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks, leases, and tenant inquiries simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills to address tenant concerns promptly.
- Strong analytical skills to resolve issues related to tenants or properties.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and managing rent payments.
Preferred Qualities
- Ability to negotiate terms that benefit the landlord and tenants.
- Ensuring accuracy in lease agreements and documentation.
- Capability to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in real estate, leasing etc.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in real estate, property management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role can be advantageous.
- Certifications
- Relevant certifications in real estate or property management is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
