We're currently looking for an onsite Marketing Website Developer (HubSpot Developer) to support one of our U.S.-based partners in mortgage industry/

About the Role

We're seeking a Marketing Website Developer with strong HubSpot CMS experience to join our client's onsite marketing team.

In this role, you'll help build, maintain, and migrate large-scale websites, ensuring design consistency, SEO compliance, and overall site quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain web pages using HubSpot CMS Hub (modules, templates, and themes)
  • Execute content migrations (pages, blogs, CTAs, forms, and assets) while maintaining formatting and SEO data
  • Work within brand templates and predefined themes
  • Conduct QA and testing for layout, links, and responsiveness across devices
  • Maintain SEO elements such as meta titles, descriptions, and headers
  • Communicate clearly with team members and follow approval workflows
  • Ensure compliance with security and sandbox protocols

Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS Hub (required)
  • Experience building or migrating large-scale websites
  • Excellent attention to detail and formatting accuracy
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must be able to work onsite (no remote option)

Preferred Skills

  • Basic design abilities (cropping/resizing images, minor layout tweaks)
  • SEO optimization and content enhancement experience
  • Familiarity with HubSpot workflows or forms
  • QA testing and process documentation experience
