We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to support system modifications and operational functionality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing, maintaining, and optimizing Dynamics 365 F&O to meet business requirements and ensure seamless operations across finance and supply chain modules.

Key Responsibilities


• - Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules to align with business processes.


• - Develop and implement modifications, extensions, and integrations using X++, Power Platform, and other relevant tools.


• - Provide day-to-day operational support for Dynamics 365 F&O users, resolving system issues and ensuring optimal performance.


• - Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


• - Manage system upgrades, patches, and deployments with minimal disruption to business operations.


• - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Dynamics 365 environment.


• - Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and user guides.


• - Train end-users and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance

Qualifications


• - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.


• - 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.


• - Proficiency in X++, Power Platform, and related development tools.


• - Strong understanding of finance and supply chain business processes.


• - Experience with system integration, data migration, and reporting tools.


• - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


• - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Attributes


• - Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent certification.


• - Experience in telecom or infrastructure industries.


• - Knowledge of Azure DevOps and lifecycle services (LCS)
