Core responsibilities

Operational management

  • Supervise all service staff, including cashiers, kitchen crew, and dining staff, and delegate tasks to ensure efficiency, especially during peak hours.
  • Help open and close the restaurant, which includes restocking items, handling cash and card transactions, and preparing end-of-shift reports.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure food orders are prepared and delivered to guests accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Handle inventory management and control operational expenses

Required skills and qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is required, with at least one year in a supervisory role being a significant advantage.
  • Communication: Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and guide staff.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills are necessary to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Adaptability: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks is crucial, particularly during peak hours.
