- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to order, following standard recipes and presentation techniques.
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including all cooking surfaces and utensils.
- Follow all food safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
- Monitor and control food and supply waste to minimize costs.
- Participate in regular kitchen and menu item training.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 -year of relevant experience
- Have strong knife skills and ability to follow recipes and cooking techniques
- Has positive outlook and practice ethical values
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Willing to be trained and can start immediately
- Has complete gov't ids (SSS, PAGIBIG, Philhealth, and TIN)
