We are looking for an Administrator to FACILITATE recruitment of staff- , coordinating and maximising the use of recruitment apps and methods, Interviewing potential employees. Marching in and marching out new and exiting employees, issuing out uniforms, preparing memos for information and for disciplinary action, maintaining stock levels of uniforms to issue out for new employees.
Your other administrative duties, are updating internal database,. maintaining accounts related to operations and payroll . Our ideal candidate has experience in excel, preparing reports on sales and expenses. Must be able to meet deadlines
*Full board logging accommodation is provided/ or car where ever needed
*The starting salary will depend on the previous job, work experience, and interview.
* with restday of 1 day on weekdays due to high volume of checkins on weekends .
Responsibilities
- Preparing payroll
- Involve oneself in inventory
- March in march out of employees
- preparing monthly sales and expenses reports
Requirements and skills
- Office Administration or Similar Degree Experience in recruitment
- At least 5 years experience in office administration
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel)
- Has Experience in bookeeping and accounts maintenance
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- Team player
- BA in Business Ad or Office Management or similar degree
- Good Filing Skills
