Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present and promote products/services to customers and address their needs effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
