Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file monthly and quarterly tax returns, including Bureau of Internal Revenue Forms 1601E, 2550M, 2550Q, and 2000.
  • Execute electronic submissions and filings for companies enrolled in the Electronic Filing and Payment System (EFPS).
  • Manually file tax returns for companies that are not registered with EFPS.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly schedules for:
    • Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) and Value Added Tax (VAT).
    • Monthly Alphalist of Payees (MAP).
    • Quarterly Summary List of Sales, Purchases, and Importations.
    • Semestral List of Regular Suppliers.
    • Summary Alphalist of Withholding Agents of Income Payments Subject to Withholding Tax (SAWT).
  • Collaborate with the Accounting Assistant to collect necessary data from affiliates.
  • Gather and organize supporting documents for tax claims, including:
    • Tax Identification Numbers (TINs) and addresses of suppliers and customers.
