Location: #20 Corner Rose St., Reparo Rd., Barangay 161, Baesa, Caloocan City

Work Setup: On-site

Employment Type: Probationary (5 months)


Job Summary:

The Disbursement Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payments, including supplier disbursements, reimbursements, utilities, and other payables of Exxel Prime Int'l Trading Inc. The role ensures that financial obligations related to ORO Socks, OMG Cosmetics, and operational expenses are met efficiently, while maintaining compliance with internal controls and financial policies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, verify, and process check vouchers, payment requests, and disbursement schedules.
  • Ensure timely release of payments to suppliers, service providers, and employees.
  • Monitor due dates of payables and coordinate with concerned departments for approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records of disbursements and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting team for proper recording of expenses.
  • Reconcile discrepancies related to disbursements and resolve payment issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant government regulations.
  • Assist in monthly reporting, cash flow monitoring, and audit requirements.
  • Safekeep disbursement files and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • With at least 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable, disbursement, or related finance roles.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge in basic accounting and internal control procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/tools.
  • Trustworthy, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in Baesa, Caloocan City.
