We are looking for a Training Officer who will design and conduct work-related training and development programs to improve individual skills and organizational performance.

Job Description

  • Planning, developing, and providing training and staff development programs, using a variety of instructional techniques and learning methodologies
  • Conducting new hire orientation sessions and coordinating other onboarding initiatives
  • Offering specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills
  • Analyzing training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
  • Obtaining, organizing and developing training manuals, guides, or course materials
  • Conferring with management and conducting surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors
  • Developing testing and evaluation procedures
  • Training instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training employees
  • Preparing budget reports and monitoring training costs to justify expenditures

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or any related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in corporate training
  • Knowledge of the latest training tools and methods and instructional design theory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to process and present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Willing to work in Marikina City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
