Wishcraft Group of Companies is looking for a Data Analyst – IT & Market Research to serve as the bridge between our IT and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into clear insights that drive smarter business decisions, helping us enhance performance, efficiency, and market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

-Analyze IT system data (e.g., server logs, network traffic) and market research data (e.g., customer surveys, sales trends).

-Develop interactive dashboards and reports to visualize insights for management and stakeholders.

-Identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic initiatives.

-Collaborate with IT, marketing, and operations teams to optimize data collection and analysis processes.

-Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve business performance.

Qualifications:
