Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Post Sales Executive to manage client relationships after the sale. The role ensures smooth onboarding, handles customer inquiries, coordinates with internal teams, and drives overall customer satisfaction and retention.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers after the sale is completed.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation.
  • Support clients during onboarding, training, and product usage.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive steps to resolve issues.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of post-sales activities and reports.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or post-sales support.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
