JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferably a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration.
  • With 2-5 years proven of experience in the same field.
  • Fresh graduate is also welcome.
  • With Licensed as a Customs Broker.
  • Good classification and computation skills and familiar with the INCOTERMS.
  • Knowledgeable in BOC Portal submission and process.
  • Knowledgeable in BOC Portal submission and process.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, most notably in Excel.
  • With motorcycle and car experience is a must.
  • Willing to be assigned in Malate, Manila and must be willing to do field activities.
  • Willing to start as soon as possible.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Knowledgeable in processing of import and export shipments. Which involves securing permits and clearances.
  • Familiarize with the Shipments of FCL and LCL and others.
  • Shipping lines processing online and physical. Payment of shipping charges, terminal handling charges etc.
  • Responsible in providing updates to clients regarding on the status of the shipment(s) or to TCLI Customer Service to provide updates.
  • Secure trucking services for the shipment release for Sea and Air.
  • Accompany and/or monitor the delivery of the shipment to guarantee the client that TCLI is providing all the extra ordinary diligence and proper handling of their shipment(s).
