The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the employee health and benefit costs, occupational health clinic operations and ensures that employees are in optimal health while carrying out their duties.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain or operate a variety of health record indexes or storage and retrieval system
  • Provide operation support services and assumes first level- line supervisor of a transactional operations area.
  • Build effective relationships with associates, peers and supervisor to develop a high performing team
  • Analyze reporting and business trends to make strategic decisions to drive results
  • Directly supervise the Employee Health and Wellness Center, ensuring, and maintaining high quality standards
  • Consistently assess and provide ongoing performance feedback to all levels of team members

Qualifications

  • With clinical and supervisory experience in leading an Occupational Health Services Clinic and Health Maintenance Organization (HMO).
  • Bachelor's Degree in any health-related course.
  • A duly licensed and registered by the PRC
  • at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a hospital or clinic
  • Strong verbal or written communication skills
