Employee Relations Specialist

Job Summary
- Serves as a point of contact in various HR & Admin related concerns of other departments and service providers particularly those related to employee and labor relations.
- Monitors and ensures all documents necessary for government compliance and other mandatory requirements for DOLE inspection.
- Provides support and coordination with the warehouses to ensure all of the concern of warehouse is properly addressed.
Job Responsibilities
Service Provider Management
- Coordinates with service providers in ensuring compliance with all government requirements, including their compliance/updated registration under DO-174.
- Process of service agreement and its renewal yearly.
- Scouts potential service providers and review their proposal.
- Provides assistance to all under agency related concerns.
- Keeps agency monitoring updated, including directory and filing.
Labor Relations
- Represents the company in Single Entry Approach (SEnA) proceedings for DOLE complaints filed by agency or direct employees in the absence of the ER Officer/Supervisor.
- Ensures compliance with DOLE by assisting, guiding, and coordinating with relevant team members and the accounting department during inspections or visits by DOLE personnel.
- Ensures availability of documents and making sure all necessary reports and requirements is submitted to DOLE, including the annual reports.
- Provide assistance to ER Officer/Supervisor/Manager in handling cases and offenses, including attending SEnA for cases/complaints related to direct employees.
- Keep the monitoring and reports updated.
Warehouse Coordinator
- Serves as a point of contact in various HR & Admin related concerns of Warehouse and Module Production.
- Process and coordinate manpower request of Warehouse and Module Production for under agency employees. For direct hire just forward to recruitment team.
- Coordinates and reports to the agency all incident/pull-out/resigned/AWOL employees in Warehouse/Module Production.
- Do a random visit (1 – 2 times a week) to Warehouse and Module Production.
- Prepares and send monthly attendance reports of agency employees to the Accounting Department and Service Providers by the first week of each month.
Health & Safety
- Assist and facilitate internal OSH Training Seminar
- Documentation of health & safety related incidents or accidents, including Covid 19 cases for SSS claims and DOLE assistance.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the HR & Admin Manager related to Employee and Labor Relations.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology /Behavioral Science, Legal Management, Human Resource Management/Development or any related courses
- At least 1-2 years of people handling and management experience or in the related field
- Have a working knowledge on Labor Management Relations and Local Government Regulations
- Handles sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and tact
- Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
