Occupational Health Company Nurse

The Occupational Health Nurse plays a vital role in supporting employee health and providing emergency treatment. This position helps maintain a safe, healthy, and productive work environment by promoting wellness programs and ensuring workplace safety. The nurse also assesses employees' fitness for duty during regular work hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote workplace safety by identifying hazards and implementing precautionary measures.
  • Provide emergency treatment, including first aid, vital sign checks, and medicine administration to prevent complications.
  • Monitor and document symptoms and conditions of unwell employees.
  • Accompany and transport injured employees to the nearest medical facility or hospital in emergencies.
  • Issue medical clearance and ensure employees submit a Fit-to-Work certificate before returning to duty.
  • Review diagnostic test results and medical certificates submitted by employees.
  • Maintain inventory of medicines, first-aid kits, medical equipment, and other supplies, preparing monthly reports.
  • Organize and coordinate annual medical or physical examinations, assisting third-party providers in their implementation.
  • Participate in FSSC-related tasks, including document preparation, updates, and audit reviews.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with a valid PRC license.
  • with at least 1-2 years related work experience.
  • With OHNAP certification and BOSH training are advantageous.
  • Strong clinical knowledge (such as CPR) and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willing to work in a weekly rotational shift schedule.
