About the Role:

We are looking for a Site Coordinator – Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. This role is open to fresh graduates, but candidates with internship or training experience in construction, particularly in fit-out projects, will be prioritized. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating site activities, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications, and supporting project engineers in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of electrical works at project sites, specifically for fit-out construction projects.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with design, safety standards, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Support in preparing site reports, documentation, and other project-related requirements.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure quality and adherence to approved plans and specifications.
  • Provide technical support and recommendations to resolve site issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (licensed or non-licensed).
  • Open to fresh graduates, but preferred with internship/training experience in construction or fit-out projects.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, construction drawings, and project documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced site environment.
  • Willing to be assigned on-site.
  • Willing to start ASAP.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
