Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Sodexo On-Site Services Full time ₱240,000 - ₱300,000 per year

Key Result Areas:

· Provision of support to Operations/Site Managers in making site observations and recommendations and developing new concepts and merchandising/marketing solutions.

· Development of conceptual ideas and management of new projects, creating visual aids/posters/collaterals/menu labels and digital boards.

· Identification and communication of the latest market trends in food service retailing and competitor activity to enable continuous improvement and innovation.

· Production of a promotional calendar for one year or per quarter

· Discuss marketing promotions, and layout with site leads prior discussion with the client.

· Develop and Implement at least two to three engagement activities with JPMC employees to boost POY/Customer Feedback

· Liaison with site Trade and Logistics Officer/Site Leads to manage and request for promotional funds and implement activities.

· Develop and update the Conference Center Menu book based on the menu created by the Chefs.

· Coordinate with the Site's Nutritionist on the calories and allergens for the food labels and Conference Center Menu

· Plan and upgrade the look and feel of the café

Key Competencies:

· Tertiary Qualifications in marketing or a relevant discipline

· Minimum of 2 years experience in a management role with international brand experience

· Leadership and motivational skills

· Proven problem-solving abilities

· Commercial awareness and ethical business approach

· Ability to identify and implement current trends in food, service and design

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
