Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Civil Engineering graduate (license not required) with at least 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer handling Telecom Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical (CME) projects. The role will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily site activities for Telecom CME projects (tower foundation, equipment shelter, genset, grounding, electrical works, etc.).
  • Ensure project execution is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of site works.
  • Prepare site reports, work progress updates, and documentation.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure proper implementation of project standards.
  • Assist in resolving site-related issues and provide technical support as required.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering (PRC license not required).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer in Telecom CME projects.
  • Knowledge in civil works (tower foundations, concrete works, steel structures) and basic electrical/mechanical installations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Willing to be assigned on-site and travel to project locations as needed.
