Overview

The Creative Media Associate will be responsible for producing visually compelling and engaging content that communicates WPH Digital's brand identity. This role combines video production, photography, graphic design, and motion graphics to create marketing materials that support campaigns, events, and social media initiatives. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with technical expertise in multimedia production and a passion for design.

Key Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Capture, edit, and produce videos for marketing campaigns, products, events, and social media.
  • Design and create visual materials including graphics, layouts, infographics, and motion graphics.
  • Develop presentation and product videos incorporating animation and motion graphics.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to conceptualise and execute visual and video campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative outputs follow WPH Digital's brand guidelines and communication standards.

Continuous & Support Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule social media posts aligned with the content calendar.
  • Maintain a well-organised digital asset library of photos, videos, and design files.
  • Stay updated with creative trends, especially in motion graphics and short-form video content.
  • Provide photography and video documentation support during company events.
  • Support marketing campaigns and workshops with required visual materials.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience in motion graphics design, animation, and video post-production.
  • Skilled in using Canva for quick-turnaround materials.
  • Strong visual storytelling and design sense.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Creative, adaptable, and collaborative.
