What You'll Do

As our HR Account Manager, you will act as the key link between our client accounts and internal HR services, ensuring smooth, compliant, and people-centered operations.

Your main duties include:

Manage HR accounts assigned to you, from onboarding to separation

Coordinate with client representatives and internal departments on employee concerns

Ensure HR compliance with DOLE and Philippine Labor Code requirements

Oversee timekeeping, payroll coordination, and government remittances accuracy

Handle employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary processes

Provide HR reports, analytics, and recommendations to management

Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives

Who We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field

Experience: At least 2 years HR experience (generalist, business partner, or account management role)

Knowledge: Strong grasp of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE DO-174, and statutory compliance

Skills: Excellent communication, client handling, multitasking, and problem-solving

Traits: Proactive, organized, service-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability
