The
Asset Management Officer
(Property Sales) is responsible for sales and leasing planning activities for all repossessed assets (properties, vehicles, and other chattels) and bank-owned properties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

SALES PLANNING & STRATEGY

  • Create annual sales and lease plans.
  • Strategize different mediums and techniques of selling disposal
  • Develop incentive programs and advertising/programs activations.
  • Prioritize target assets for sale or lease.
  • Monitor payments and ensure timely issuance of billings and notices.

SALES FORECASTING & BUDGETTING

  • Identify sales quotas and targets
  • Identify minimum budget requirements to achieve targets.

SALES / LEASE MANAGEMENT

  • Create and manage client's database.
  • Maintain property database.
  • Implement, monitor, and adjust sales plans as needed.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.

COMPLIANCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure all ROPA processes are compliant with regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Adhere strictly to bank policies and internal guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in any course
  • Significant sales experience, specifically in the sale or lease of bank-foreclosed properties
