About the RoleResponsibilities include:
  • Assisting Consultants with new client onboarding tasks
  • Processing client enrollment transactions when needed via carrier web portal
  • Compiling spreadsheets of benefit enrollment information & sending to insurance carriers
  • Audits of client enrollment data, comparing their data on benefit administration systems vs. data with carriers & external partners
  • Assisting with carrier, ben admin, & other vendor reporting that supports Data Operations team
  • Assisting in the development of processes that support ongoing client service
  • Continual partnership with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Operations) to communicate client needs and help them develop solutions for efficient client service
  • Developing relationships with benefits industry partners
Personal Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Working knowledge of MS excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • 1-2 years experience working in the benefits consulting or healthcare industry
Nice to Have:
  • Certification in data analysis or MS Excel
  • Working knowledge of at least one benefits administration or HRIS system
