Join our team as a Business Systems Analyst to optimize and enhance our NetSuite ERP platform. You will lead system improvements, documentation, and training to ensure efficient business operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve ERP-related processes across departments.
  • Configure NetSuite modules, workflows, and integrations.
  • Document business processes and create standard operating procedures.
  • Deliver user support, troubleshoot issues, and provide training sessions.
  • Generate dashboards and KPIs for management reporting.

Your Background

  • Proven experience with NetSuite system administration or ERP implementation.
  • Skilled in process mapping and improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
