About the Role:

We're looking for an HR Manager who will play a hands-on role in building and refining HR systems, processes, and programs. You'll act as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted point of contact for employees, helping us attract, retain, and support top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize core HR processes including onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee engagement, and offboarding
  • Serve as a trusted partner to leadership on organizational structure, team development, and talent planning
  • Support end-to-end recruitment in collaboration with hiring managers
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations and company policies
  • Champion company culture and employee experience initiatives
  • Manage employee relations with fairness, empathy, and consistency
  • Develop and roll out internal communications, HR policies, and handbooks
  • Track HR metrics and report insights to leadership to inform decision-making
  • Coordinate with external providers for payroll, benefits, and compliance when applicable

What We're Looking For:

  • 4–6 years of progressive HR generalist experience, ideally including 1–2 years in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Proven experience designing or refining HR systems and processes from scratch
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; approachable and trustworthy
  • High degree of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving ability
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Experience working with leadership and cross-functional teams
