  • Create sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings for Libiran collections.
  • Design and develop seasonal Libiran lines and special capsule projects as assigned.
  • Supervise the creation of Libiran samples and ensure accurate execution of designs.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure garment quality, fit, and consistency.
  • Provide styling input for lookbooks, fashion shows, and promotional events.
  • Stay updated on fabrics, techniques, and market trends relevant to RTW fashion.
  • Ensure brand identity and consistency across all RTW designs.
  • Prepare presentations of RTW collections for management and clients.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects (RTW, uniforms, or related).
  • Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD) and hand sketching.
  • Strong knowledge of textiles, fabrics, garment construction, and production processes.
  • Creative flair with the ability to translate trends and client requirements into innovative designs.
  • Strong sense of style, color, and detail orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and internal team coordination.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with pattern makers, sewers, and production staff.
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and the local/global fashion market.
