AT A GLANCE

The Graphic Designer supports the Product Development team in creating on-brand visuals for packaging, merchandise and gifts with purchase (GWP). The role focuses on thoughtful design that elevates the product experience, working closely with product developers and cross-functional teams to deliver print ready outputs.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY TO DAY

Design Execution

  • Design and develop visual assets across various product-related touchpoints, including but not limited to packaging graphics, merchandising & gifts with purchase (GWP)
  • Translate creative concepts and product ideas into brand-aligned, high quality graphic designs
  • Ensure consistency and attention to detail across all design outputs while upholding brand standards.

Production & File Preparation

  • Prepare and finalize artwork files for production, ensuring accuracy in layout, formatting, and technical requirements.
  • Maintain organized design files and documentation for easy access, tracking and turnover.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Collaborate with product developers, marketing, sourcing, and other teams to align designs with timelines, specs, and brand direction
  • Support the creation of mockups, presentation decks, and visual references for internal and external use.

Research & Development

  • Stay updated on design trends, materials and industry benchmarks relevant to beauty, fashion and lifestyle.

Additional Support

  • Other related tasks may be assigned as needed to support the goals of the Product Development team.

YOUR TALENT

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related creative field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing layout, branding, and packaging or product-related design work
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Good eye for color, typography, and visual balance, with a keen attention to detail
  • Familiarity with preparing artwork for print, including working with dielines and production specs
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work with cross-functional teams
  • Interest in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle design is a plus
  • Open to feedback eager to learn, and excited to grow in a fast-paced, design-led environment
