Key Accountabilities

1. Merchandising

  • Provide administrative support to purchasing and inventory process of merchandise.
  • Prepare and process all purchase orders.
  • Monitor all purchase orders and ensure delivery within timeframe.
  • Prepare and maintain various sales reports.

  • Prepare and update spreadsheet for buying team.

  • Buying support

  • Admin support to help with the general running during buying period.

  • Receive and dispatch sample items and ensure completeness and accuracy.

  • Admin Support

  • Maintain effective communication with various departments.

  • Maintain vendor information including codes, brand and contact details. Includes updating of SKU master file per brand and filing of vendor rebate forms.
  • Process vendors' accreditation, in coordination with concerned departments.
  • Process documents related to vendor onboarding – SCS entry, Insurance updates, SKU creation.
  • Process SC price revision requests in MMS including vendor price markup letters.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications, most particularly MS Excel
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City
  • Must be okay with warehouse visits as part of the role
