Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate: Business related.
- At least 1-2 years experience as an admin assistant; preferably FMCG industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel (Pivot, Vlook Up, Formulas).
- Excellent in time management and with attention to details.
- Ability to generate and present reports.
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Merchandising Databases and Merchandising Information System (MIS), report generation and consolidation, and other functional tasks to provide full support to Merchandising field personnel.
- He / She must be excellent in MS Excel and with strong organizational and time management skills.
