About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Associate to be assigned in Makati City. This position is under Fastrack Multi-Purpose Cooperative. The role involves assisting customers, processing transactions, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent sales service for vape-related products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting products
  • Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system for transactions
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts
  • Keep the store organized, clean, and presentable
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
  • Prepare basic sales and inventory reports

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate or College Level
  • With prior retail sales experience preferred (vape industry experience is an advantage)
  • Physically fit and able to handle store duties
  • Knowledgeable in using POS systems and basic computer applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong selling skills and customer service orientation
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays if required
