Job Title: Session Border Controller (SBC) Engineer

Location: Uptown 3, Taguig City, Manila (Hybrid)

Schedule: Once a week (Thursdays), primarily mid-shift


Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage SBC client settings including SIP interfaces, proxy sets, coder groups, IP profiles, and SRTP
  • Handle certificate management and message manipulation
  • Set up voice routing and Emergency Location Identification Number (ELIN)
  • Deploy location-based routing based on subnet configurations
  • Verify client connections and coordinate with the team

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years SBC experience
  • Strong knowledge of SIP, voice routing, and security configurations
  • Flexible to work rotational shifts
