Key Responsibilities

General Ledger & Closing

Responsible for the company's daily general ledger accounting processing to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounts.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and analyze the consistency between accounts and physical assets.

Ensure that accounting complies with local accounting standards in the Philippines and the Group's financial policies.

Accounts Reconciliation

Regularly reconcile the general ledger with various subsidiary ledgers, banks, and sub-modules (AP, AR, inventory, Fixed Assets).

Follow up on outstanding items to ensure consistency between accounts and actuals.

Financial Compliance & Audit

Assist with external audits, internal audits, and tax inspections, and prepare the required materials.

Ensure that the company complies with Philippine tax regulations and relevant financial requirements.

Internal Control & Reporting

Improve the financial process and internal control system, identify and improve potential risk points.

Assist the finance manager in budget, cost, and fund analysis.

Cross-functional Support

Collaborate closely with departments such as e-commerce, supply chain, sales, and HR to support business development.

Assist in handling the requirements for group financial statement consolidation and accounting treatment of cross-border transactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

More than 3 years of experience in general ledger or full accounting, with preference given to candidates from the e-commerce, FMCG, or fast-moving consumer goods industries.

Familiarity with Philippine fiscal and tax regulations and local BIR filing procedures, with experience in multinational companies or the Big Four accounting firms being a plus.

Proficient in using financial software (Kingdee system) and Excel.

Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken), proficiency in Filipino is a plus.

Possess good communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to solve problems independently.
