Assistant Finance Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor cash flow, prepare aging reports, and support cash management initiatives
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in AP/AR operations
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost optimization
  • Support tax compliance, including preparation and submission of relevant documents
  • Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure alignment on payment terms and credit controls
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing, collections, and vendor payments
  • Support implementation or upgrades of financial systems and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
  • Conduct regular training sessions for finance team members on best practices and internal controls
  • Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
  • Assist with internal audit reviews and risk assessments

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA certification preferred (or in progress)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on both AP and AR
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Filipino; Mandarin proficiency preferred but not required.
